I believe there are two different crank sensors each of which will have a different part number.

Looking for recommendations for an accident repair company to replace a rear quarter on a 197. Rear axle appears to be fine but of course you can’t really say for sure until the car is taken apart. Ideally in the West Midlands but happy to travel for a quality job.

You could see if the steering angle value is transmitted over the CAN, and use a microcontroller wired in with additional wiring to the bulbs.

I’ve personally found that Redline started to feel notchy when pushed, during fast road driving. Admittedly this is on a route with many turns that requires constant shifting.

I know there’s no replacement for a knowledgable mechanic, but have you taken the car to someone who has CLIP or a decent diagnostic kit? ABS light coming on above 30 is your typical ABS ring/rusty stub axle issue. I take it all fault codes were cleared after the new ABS sensors were fitted...

Any update on this? I know Grams ride slightly better than H&Rs but what are they like compared to cooksports?

All cars came with the standard gear knob, not sure if the RS one was an optional extra but it was certainly available for purchase separately. The price seems ok considering it’s got reactors but it’s worth checking out the RS197 page to see what other LYs are selling for. Well specced LYs...

You’re right, the last of them did have white dials fitted.

A Jase (Clio SX) splitter would fix that, and looks just as good IMO!

It appears the Lufi X1 gets data from the OBD port, so a cheap way to test if it will get the parameters you want would be to download an OBD diagnostic/real time value app and a £10 dongle.
