Hi everybody I’m in desperate need I had a deer run out on me a couple of weeks ago and I’m after some parts and advice the front bumper took the impacted and I need to find the parts to get the car back up on the road.I have taken the front bumper off and what I can see the radhas been pushed back the engine is not running right!I had to cancel a insurance claim because my insurance wanted to scrap it and that’s not happening so I would be grateful of any help I am going to sort it out myself I’ve had the car from new and it’s not going anywhere.IMG_9303.jpeg
 
You want to see if the chassis legs have moved.

If the chassis legs have moved slightly but you do not have any crinkles in the welds or metal work you may be able to shift them back.

I had a bit of a smash in my Clio at Snetterton and hit the front of the car against the armco. After finding a new bumper, replacing the radiator (and a lot of other parts) and using a portapower to move the chassis leg very slightly it all went back together fine.
 
My chassis legs are fine it was only a small deer I’ve been searching for a new bumper can’t find 1 that’s not got damage on if any body has any information on finding 1 I would be grateful I just need to find a few other bits I don’t know where to look.
 
Join some of the Clio groups on Facebook and look out for a guy called Ash Gourlay. He is regularly breaking Clios. Bumpers are around £500 second hand in reasonable condition.
 
So after I hit this deer at the end of the month of July I had been without my car thank god I have a motorbike so I can still get to work. I fixed all the front end damage so I was happy with the way it looks but the car still sounded like a diesel And after lots of advice and trying to work the problem out myself I gave in and got it to my local Renault specialists after 24 hours I got a call saying my engine is toast my heart went and I didn't know what I was going to do. So after lots of chats and decisions they said they had found the timing had slipped and the valves was hitting the pistons.
They gave me 2 options rebuild the head or new engine they said they would price me up for both so we came to the agreement to rebuild the head I didn't care how much it would cost I wanted my car back on the road I have had my car from brand new and I was not ready to let it go. After hearing nothing for a week I get a call saying my car was ready I stopped everything I was doing and went and picked her up and after parting with just over £3000 she was back on the road OMG she sounds so sweet and I forgot how nice it was to drive so shout out to SRS Renault Nuneaton for doing my carIMG_1696.JPG​
