This is from another forum so it's not hard fact but food for thought. "Half the temp means twice the power. Sadly it's not half the degC it's half the k. So going from 30degC to 15 degC doesn't mean twice the power. 30 degC is 303 k and 15 degC is 288 k so approx 5% temp drop so only 5%...

Do not increase your pressures, I think you might of heard TN wrong or he meant they can increase 5-6 psi. Set them to around 28psi cold, after your first session or 5 mins when the tyres are warm set them to around 30psi.

They have never worked :( Thought it might have been to do with the boot switch not working but I have just replaced it and its still the same. Dont fancy replacing the handles!

Nope haha, the focus RS wheels are 19" (the ones I see on ebay anyway) I have loads of cut slicks in 17" so im looking to run a 17" on the clio for track to use them up :) Saw a new set of Dare Mondeo alloys for £375 which isn't too bad.

Has anyone tried ford mondeo alloys on the clio? Same P.C.D bigger center bore and the offset is 40 but im wondring if they would do for track?

Buy some chains from halfords and if they dont fit at least you can take them back! Try fitting them before you need them seems to be the biggest bit of advice people give so your not shivering away trying to figure out how they fit! :)

Hi guys You can only lock my car using the key fob or by using the boot lock button. My understanding is that the buttons on the door handles should lock the doors, any idea what the problem could be? Cheers

Different compounds front and rear is not a problem. Tried EBC don't like them at all, using DS3000s in the rally car now, will stick DS2500 in the 197 when they need them. Ring Questmead if you need proffesional advice those guys know everything you need to know!
