Turned out to be a nice easy fix - the nut fastening the arm to the wiper motor had indeed come undone. Sorted this out today an back in business.

As per thread title, the wipers on my 200 have suddenly stopped working and they are quite 'floppy' (i.e. can move them easily with my hand). What's the first thing to check on this? I've read it could be the motor, a relay or a 20A fuse. Fuse should be easy to check and eliminate but not...

That's the plan. If BTM don't have any discs in stock, they can get them delivered within an hour so if the discs need changing they will be done on the day.

My 200 passed it's first MOT at the weekend - car has done 24K miles. The mechanic who did the MOT commented that the front discs and pads will need changing in about 1000 miles. I can understand the pads, but the discs look fine to me (no ridge on the outside edge, and plenty thick enough)...

Well I had the H&R springs fitted on Saturday (thanks to Fred at BTM - really glad I didn't attempt this job on the drive at home!!), and then fitted my OZ Ultraleggeras with AD08's yesterday. Here's a couple of photos - sorry about the poor quality:
