Another day and another problem. Turn on, sound of a tap gargling and running...nursed home to find a pool of coolant  Anyway the problem being a split radiator. So she's tucked in the garage for a while till I get a radiator... If anyone has links to a good new radiator and what other parts to change/ upgrade while the radiators out that would be even better. Cheers:kissingclosed:

Bit of a marmite mod but it does spruce the interior abit. First time ever wrapping something but it came out alright. IMG_20180421_174211.jpg IMG_20180421_175031.jpg

New rad should be here Monday so fingers crossed something good actually happens with the car :grinning:

Just the man to ask then!! How did you go about wrapping the centre console?? had a crack at it today but too fiddly around the crease and imevinevitably cocked it up :unamused:

have to admit it wasn't easy..took the console off and did it over my cooker..very fidlly as you say but managed in the end..looks the part btw..
important thing..keep the vinyl warm to be able to stretch it which ever direction you need it..

Well... after keeping the Clio abit longer the insurance and tax was due:flushed::flushed: absolutely rocketed it did, held off and shopped around, did the lot!! End result, £2300 was the cheapest. Anyway... Ended up looking for cheaper cars to insure, the Clio 200T, Megane RS 275(about 1k cheaper to insure btw!!) S1, Golf R, FK2 civic( came close to buying this twice) etc etc you get the idea... Skip a few weeks forward and this dropped in at my local dealer...IMG_20180518_084642.jpg

1.5l, dirt cheap to tax, insure and have seen 50mpg. Winner winner chicken dinner. :grimacing:
