Diesel Superchips Bluefin

Hi all.
Has anyone had any experience with chipping their Diesel engine?
The warranty runs out on our family Kuga soon and both me and the missus think the car would be perfect if it had a little more punch.
Have looked at the following:
http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/search?make=9&fueltype=2&model=450&variant=3250
Obviously figures are taken with a pinch of salt but even half the quoted numbers would be acceptable for the advertised price.
Any thoughts, experience or alternatives would be appreciated.

Not a diesel Ben, but my friend has bluefin on his 200 & is happy. It got rid of the flat spot & improved driveability. If you haven't done anything before Spa you can talk to him there.

I'm seriously tempted by the dtuk tuning box for my golf gtd, the reviews on forums are very good and it gives 240bhp and 380lb/ft.

Had a look at their Site. Looks ok. Different settings available which is nice. Maximum gains of 40hp and 90nm of torque. If it was guaranteed I’d go for it!
Does worry me the long term effects on the ecu

Haven't read about long term effects on the ecu, whereas I have read about the Bluefin causing cars to run lean.

Again not a diesel Ben but I have one on my R27, speaking to previous owner it was bought to cure the cold start issues rather than performance gains. My car is really smooth through the power band. My mate fitted one to his Fiesta ST and it is noticeably quicker and cheaper than the Mountune upgrade.

Book says 150ps. That’s fine but it’s quite a heavy car. DTUK box that Sean mentioned advertises 190ps and an extra 100nm of torque for £369. If that were true I’d have one
