Bye 200, hello 265 Trophy (6/50)

If you are in fast bends then stay off the apex's, due to them being 35's you can easily nick a wheel.

Thanks - will try keep clear of them then

Id like to come home with the car as it was before i went (maybe with a little more tyre wear).

In one piece with no scratches or scuffed alloys.

Mate you'll love it.

The clio instilled SO much confidence in me and my driving i was amazed seeing as im not a track day person. The car is definitely more capable than i ever could be! The same will go for the megane, even more so with the diff.

I tracked the clio at Bedford and yeah, is just so much fun and im sure i'll love the ring even more. Have also watned to do a little trip in the EU and a lap of the ring has always been on the list.

I think the drive there/back and the evening will be just as much of a laugh as the days!

Id still love to do a trip further south and something round the Alps as the pics people have posted on the odd occasion look amazing but that will have to wait for now

i think the whole drive there/back is just as fun as actually being at the ring, i love the different countries scenery etc. driving on the right side of the road is actually quite plesant too

Id quite like to do it on some windy back roads, more fun, better views etc.

Motorway is quicker yes, but not as exciting

You'll be blown away by the roads to the ring buddy, the last 25'ish miles is pure heaven.

motorway isn't exciting, but when you've got Porsches etc flying past down the autobahn, you'll constantly have your windows down for the noise

Either way, it didn't stop anyone from going fast down the motorways

we assumed we were on it at one point with the pace on some cars passing

If you have a xbox etc with the ring on, I'd get it off before you go. You won't get a sense of the elevation but at least you will know if it's a gently or fast bend.

Nah N/a all the way.. I'll spend thousands before that seeing how much I can get out of the engine.. cams, itb's the lot
