I think so.

Wasnt really an issue I had problems with tbh. My Xbox is always online and I dont buy that many games to worry about trading or sharing. But it should cheer up the masses that had problems with it.

All i was concerned with was the connecting every 24 hours thing, but now they've dropped that, I can't see why I wouldn't want one.

I pre-ordered mine when they did the original reveal in May on the Game website. However I went into Game (store) last weekend to get rid of some of my old games and pre-ordered a Xbox One, Forza 5 and BF4. They said they will probably do a midnight launch so I reckon I'll head over to collect then.
