Road Tax ....

Hi guys,

So I have a 200 Cup on order (the wait is killing me) .... just a quick question about road tax ... is it around £220 for a 12 month license?

And my main question is the 200 subject to that initial £500 road tax in the first year?

I am pretty sure though that the first years road tax on a new car is covered in the on the road price of £16,700 .... is that right?

yeah thats right mate. mines on order too and its taking too long :-( like waiting to be hung lol. it comes with 12 months tax included ;-)

It will be because of the co2 emissions but it included in yoyr price, so no need to worry. Last time i taxed my xar it came to £235 for a year.

Yeah don't worry, it's factored in the price you pay. Hopefully you got a good deal so see it as free tax for a few years

...tax is £235 per year, but is £425 for the first year showroom tax. you also pay a registration fee I think....I had to stump up on collection because I ordered my car before the show room tax was confirmed!!
