My clio 197 f1, 41,000 miles on the clock has recently started becoming very jumpy between 1,500-3000.
I thought it was the fuel i had put in but i changed back and its still happening, does anyone have any clues or suggestions as to why?

same, it's when the engine is cold from start (usually on the way to work)... Go from 1st to 3rd (stay in high gears until warm) and it shouldn't do it.

As above this made a big difference for me too. After about 1200 miles it has come back, but much much less common than it was before.

Defo on cold start. I just change 1st to 2nd quick and steady.

Turning the traction control/ESP off worked for me, turn it back on once warm.

work 100% too...although this is a temporary solution...mine got much better after doing this trick but gradually went back...

Mine does it quite a lot, I just let off the throttle and go back on for another go, usually works
