Took my car in to have the steering wheel replaced under warranty today due to the leather peeling and also asked them to look at the clutch pedal as it was clicking when the pedal was almost fully released.
When i collected the car I was informed that Renault were aware of this fault as detailed in a tech bulletin and they would replace the pedal assembly under warranty.
So if you experience the same symptoms get it booked in for a replacement!
