I bought the manifold and was just for fitting,
Had to take it back as was knocking on the subframe.

Yeah mine vibrated against the frame too. They had it in for extra time so they could heat the manifold and bend it slightly more to stop it. Still happens occasionally but it's a massive improvement.

just thought I'd give an update. Had mine fitted almost 2 weeks ago now.
Went in for its MOT yesterday and passed with no issues.
Fast idle LAMBDA was the only reading that changed (standard mani was 1.012 toyosport mani 1.023 max is 1.030)

oh and I've read that I'm meant to have a horrendous flat spot? That hasn't happened for me. She still runs well, same as before.

Did it pass with no cat? Or did you stick the middle one on for the MOT?
