Dean will hopefully turn it around, and if he does it could be good news for my career. The atmosphere in the club's much better than with Chris and everyone now has belief. It's down to the players at the end of the day Roy!

There are a handful of really talented players, one lad has scored 13 in 15 games! They definitely have a bright future. Especially if they play the way I tell them lol! The Youth team play at The F.A. County ground in Great Barr if you're ever bored!
