Which oil?!

I'm gonna do a service in the coming week and I'm wondering which oil to get. I've been using ELF SXR 5W40 (or something like that) which should be fully synthetic.

Is that good enough or should I get something better?

If that's what they stick in it from the factory I'd imagine it's perfectly adequate mate. Although alot of members choose different oil.

I personally use Silkolene pro S 5w-40 for it's ability to withstand extreme temps for long periods of time ( track days ) and it's very well suited to high revving engines ( vtec boys luv the stuff )

I use Blitz Fully Synthetic Racing Oil S2 5w-40.

You should try it, relatively different from ELF. Many Jap cars in Malaysia run em.

The Elf will be just fine, as said lots of different brands used but any well branded good quality 5w-40 synthetic will be ideal, it all depends how much you want to spend and how good you want to go http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx
