They have a locking mech on the thread mate in the for of an allen key.

Troopy offered to take me for a ride in his car with V1s but had to cancel for personal reasons. Still need to arrange a time to meet up, just really want to find out if V1 will be ok for me or if I feel any need to go for V3. Big difference in cost and could really do with saving the monies

ive been tempted by the AP set aswell an think its the set ill probably go for.

what about the Spax RSX kit? anyone tried those?

I have been told there is not a lot of adjustment with these and even on soft there is very little movement and not a lot of setup
