Where to buy decal for front wing?

Hi all hope someone cant point me in the right direction I have seen several 200's with decals on the small section above the vent on the front wheel arch (not sure how else to describe it!) I have seen, but cannot find it now a storm grey 200 with england flag logo on this section. Not sure what i wnat there, just like the idea...

This one? looks like he's either covered the section in vinyl, or bought a streamline carbon item and covered that.
