wheel width

hi there people. upgraded my brakes with redstuff pads at the weekend, i noticed that my wheels (speedlines) were 7.5J on the front and 8J on the back. i thought the road wheels were all 7.5J and it was the cup racer wheels that were 8J, has anyone else noticed this cheers

That sounds a bit odd, they should all be the same (7.5J)

How did you find out? measurement?

i checked on the back of the wheels, i saw in an other post that someone said it was stamped 7.5J and 8J on either side of the wheel, is the road speedlines def 7.5 as i have 215/45/17 tryes

That doesnt sound right tbh. Unless you bought it second hand and have somehow managed to pick a car up with 2 different size 'o' wheels?

i did buy the car second hand, my girlfriend little brother is a renault mechanic so he going to check it out, where are you having the meet cheers Gavin
