Thinking of selling up as not getting the chance to use it much (company car owner) and its a shame to have it sat on the drive

27k miles, 4 services completed and just had 2 new hankooks on the front
Car had new gearbox and clutch fitted by renault 12 months ago
Car is in fantastic original condition
Prices seem to vary on autotrader - seen similar spec with more miles for anything up to £8500/£8750 - is this a realistic price to advertise for?
Any advice/suggestions appreciated
