What to apply SRP & EGP with?

I'm no detailer but like to keep my car pretty clean, thinking about giving it a go over with Auto Glym SRP and EGP. What should i be applying these with, Halfords polishing pads OK?

Also i have a rotator cuff injury that is seriously painful when polishing so was looking at the Halfords rotary polisher, i know it probably wont do any better than you could do by hand but thats all i would need to ease the pain, worth a go?

Yeah a microfiber cloth or pad would be fine.
And as for the polisher it might be easier for you if you have bad wrists/arms. Although it would vibrate quite a bit I guess!

Vibration is ok, its just circular motion and load on my right shoulder.

Get a DA machine not so violent on your arms

Mix your SRP with the EGP roughly about 2:1, give it a good shake and you're good to go!

Cuts down on the dust and you only have to around the car once.

Yeah, every bit as good as applying it one after the other! Was told to me by another detailer a few years back. Mix up a small amount to do the car with and see what you think yourself!
