What oil type

Hello,

As the search function did not let me search on the term ' oil ', i'm asking it maybe once again: what kind of oil does the clio 200 need?

It gave me this warning " please fill up the oil"

The manual tells me to look in the maintainance book, but I do not have any as it never went on service yet. After 7500 km.

Is it 5w40 ?

Elf Evolution SXR is what's in them from the factory and is around £8/L for a top-up bottle from any Renault dealer.

I use the ELF stuff in mine, I think its definitely the best but you can get it cheaper online.

Used them twice before for my oil as their prices are great and struggle to get ELF from anywhere else. Also the guy there, Karl, is great. He rushed my order and got it sent out next day delivery as I was waiting for it to complete my service. Great customer service!
