Wet vacuum cleaning

My mum has bought a George (nuematic product, a relative of henry) which is a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. I wanted to do the inside of the car with it but a friend of mine has said that the fire retardant that renault use in the seats causes the seats to stain if any liquid is put on it. Can anyone confirm this?

I'll stick to just doing it dry then, a friends bird who doesn't care about her car spilt a bottle of coke on her seat, it looks terrible!

Auto glymm foam fabric cleaner then leave the car running for 15 minutes on 27 degrees windows open a midges todger and itll dry them for you

I've used a Vax coupled with AS Brisk, G101 and hot water to great effect recently.
