Vettel Overtake on Yellows?!

Its the sauber overtake that I find the most surprising.. the other one looks fine on the Rosso.

quite clear in my mind that he overtook under yellows even though apparently it was a red and yellow flag not a yellow.. also apparently (but I cant see it) there was a yellow flag warning on his dash at the time of over taking..

Yellow flashes iirc not steady.
