i dont agree totally but will agree that there have been plenty of failures

Almost, but not quite... 12k could have been better spent on an evo or a Subaru... if you don't mind all that plastic! Not really my thing...

Perhaps I am just in a narky mood after my nice new 197 f**ks up after 700miles!:@!:@!:@! hardly suggests a quality purchase!

Our company sold off all of thier mk1/2 Navraras quickly cos of rear axle failer!

We are getting off thread now. nissan, Susuki S**T - honda, toyota mitsubushi - Good

Renault - S**T(except for chassis), peugout, citrone good?

The D40 (2005 onwards) Nav has rear axle issues, amongst others, but the D22 (2001-2005) is almost faultless in comparison. I own a 2005 D22, i'd never have a D40.
