Just a quick update. Need to fit my spoiler end plates and front splitter but I have had the decals put on now.

I must say I am quite happy with the look so far

Just waiting for the screws from Spray shack to arrive on the morning. Shark fin aerial is on and the Front splitter will be on this weekend so will do another shot finished

As it was warm and sunny today, I decided to plasti cote the alloys in White. Really happy with the way it turned out

Red cars are always faster anyhow

coming along nicely, the white detailing certainly helps carry off the look very well.
have you had the car weighed yet?

No not yet. Just looking at bits I can remove then I'll get it corner weighted. Battery needs replacing with the Motorsport gel one and the front fogs need to be replaced with brake cooler ducts

Nice setup! Will it be running coiliovers or anything?

Not sure about coilies yet as a few if the race guys have said stay away. Need some decent springs to lower the stance so may just stay with that for the moment.

If you invest in a decent set of coilovers and have them correctly corner weighted then they will be worth there weight in gold, just avoid the cheap options as it will be worse than you have now.

i run AST's on the Trophy, and for a track dedicated car I wouldn't consider anything else.

AST's are far from cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for.
it just depends on how much you are happy to invest into the project.

What about bc coilovers? They seem to get very good feedback and are £2000 cheaper all be it won't be as good as Ast's but for the price they seem a good compromise?
