Tow Strap

Is it legal to have a tow strap on your car for every day driving? Fancy a TRS one but for some reason my mind is telling me you arent supposed to drive around with them on?? (apart from on track)

^ where did you get it from mate? and do you need to buy anything else or does it come with everything required?

see Vosa for body work checks, It should not matter as long as it is not a longly dangly part that will cause danger. I mean they let these metal plate one that stick out through.
