i've always done mine at 110 :s

dont forget they are alloy wheels and the bolt taper/wheel taper is quite large so they need a bit of clamping force applied

110nm is usually used by most tyre places as a "general torque" to apply to wheel bolts/nuts - but not a million miles away from 130nm

still think i might give them a tightening tonight lol. although they never came off at the ring at 110 haha.
