the rim tape isnt rim tape, the wheels are painted red, then painted black in the middle from what ive been told, the yellow belts and the red rim are options anyway
the red rim is part of the red pack (red decals) you maybe be able to get just the wheels as a option, there are a few going round that have turned out to be red rim tape, guessing they been refurbed at some point but not really known.
