Miserably failing here.

Walked in today and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't on, went upstairs into bedroom and was like an oven, she had one of them oil filled radiators on. Literally first thing she said to me, as if she was reading my mind - "its off"

Not only winter boredom, but pricks driving at night with Daytime Running Lights on and idiots driving at 30 on a national speed limit road...if you can't drive at night DON'T BOTHER! :chris2::chris1:

I’m an outdoor guy. As I’ve said before: my bike / car cleaning and fettling issues aren’t just about doing stuff that isn’t really needed in all honesty. It’s about enjoying my own company outside in the fresh air doing shit I enjoy.

So yea - dark before and after work sucks shit. Even more so when it then rains all weekend

I’ve thought many times: “I need and indoor winter hobby’....

I'm in the process of dusting off the Xbox...trying to save a bit for seats and a cage so the less fuel I use pissing about in the evenings the better..

have you thought of some indoor hobby then yet??
 
I bloody hate it when the clocks go back.

The ONLY good thing about it is that hour extra in bed when they first turn. Apart from that its shit.

Purchased a well-known, reviewed and rated key-fob repair service by post via eBay. Was hoping to get the fob in the post Friday, with a view to then getting back Tues / Wed.

‘Presumed’ i’d get an auto reply with the address for posting as every buyer will need this ! Or an email from the seller. Or a reply to either of my two messages to them. But nothing.

Which now means car will be out of action for a large part of the working week.

How frustrating. No point offering a same day service on your advert, realising people buy this when they are in need - if it takes 3 days to reply in the first instance.
