Thermofan kick in point Clio IV Sport

Hi

I recently bought a Clio sport 2014 (200) and ive noticed something peculiar in RS Monitor.

The Temp sits around 86 nicely until stopped in traffic, then its goes upto 99 before the fan kicks in and brings it down then cycles this way.

Are the radiator fans not meant to kick in on these models until this temperature or should i have it checked.

Any help you could give would be super appreciated.
