197: Switch Off 'Service Due'?

I only bought my 58 plate 197 a few weeks back and yesterday the 'Service Due' came on the display, strange as im sure before it said 'service due in 10,000' or something along those lines, the car has only done 4,000 miles in total and so has only needed to have one (1st) service so far.

Ill do a 2nd service on it myself at my families run garage at the end of summer/before winter kicks in but does anyone know how to reset the service light until then?

click the stalk buttons until get the service due message up and then keep hold of the two bttons (the ones u scroll thru the menu with) until the message disapears.

Worked perfectly thanks, only thing i have to add is hold down the button on the stalk until 'service until X miles' stays solid & stops flashing

God i love my car!!!

funny cause I was reading my book yesterday trying to work out how to do that! Doesnt mention with the engine running (not that i seen anyway!) No wonder it wouldnt work! :lol: Thanks guys!
