Stuck window

Hi all. My drivers window is stuck. Won't go up or down, and I can hear a small buzz when pressing the button.

I would suspect it's the regulator ? I am right ?

If yes, any window regulator from a Clio 3 will work ? Or do I need one just for Clio 200 ( that I own ) ?

Cheap one off Ebay will work, but you lose a couple of functions.

With the Clio 2 I changed the motor over as the wire cable had snapped so the replacement I used the mechanicals and transferred the motor over to keep the one touch function. If the window moves at all try cleaning the fabric channel the window moves in and lube with silicone spray the window has a safety function the if you got your head trapped the the closing window the resistance will stop the window. If you can jiggle the window under it's own power up or down fully hold the button in that direction for 6 sec that programs the limits of the window and the one touch function.
