Steering noise turning out of spaces

Hi guy's,

Just noticed over the past few weeks, every time I turn out of a parking bay or on a tight turn I have started getting a
sort of whirring noise at points. I'm not sure if its the rack or the pump or neither to be honest. Car's an '09 plate approaching
52K and seriously considering shutting up shop with it in a few months. Anyone got any suggestions as to what it could be?

might be the bottom ball joints, when they get a bit worn, they tend to make that kind of noise.
