Does it sound like it's comming from the seat belt buckle?

You need to raise the seat as high as possible while sitting in the passenger seat then move the buckle backwards and forwards quiet sharply. If you get the same noise spray some silicone grease (or similar) as your moving the buckle near where it attaches to the car until the noise stops.

I've sprayed it once and so far no noises!

my recaros squeaked

check a thread a posted somewhere on here

took fabric off and foam (dead easy on recaro)

put smear of grease between seat 'bucket' and metal frame

found loose bolt on metal frame mounting to plastic bucket on right side bolster

need a 16 point spline to tighten

been 100% since. really pleased
