shine smart repair experience

i've picked up a couple of dings and have a policy with the car for smart repair.

Has any had dealings with a company called shine... specifically how flexible are the mobile repairers in regards to some cash to polish off a few other bits instead of me paying the insurance the 25 per area excess..

also quality of work.
