Rough cost on single storey extension?

that does seem a lot- did you have to raise the roof? don't be scared by steel beams or (RSJ's)
i paid £94 for a 14 foot RSJ.

Yeah had steals put in. I was like you guys thinkin it wasn't gonna cost a lot but that £32k is the loft bein done the fitted walldrobes,carpet,velux black out blinds,decorating the loft my boys room and old and new hall

Here we go - real fixer upper.

Since then converted the garage to an office, new grass and painted the whole house.
