Rocky engine

Engine is becoming a bit rocky.

I did attempt to search 'Powerflex Mounts' using the search tool on this site, but it's a little poo. I gave up after 10 minutes.

I'm concerned about my manifold, so what mounts do I need to avoid too much play? Would a Upper Torque Arm Bush do the job? I can fit that myself quite easily.

I think it's the lower stabiliser that mounts behind the subframe brace that's the most important to reduce engine movement, very easy to fit just under the bolt at each end.

I'll grab the upper torque arm for now and see how thst goes. Relatively easy to change it seems and seems to make the most difference being right at the top of the engine.

Normally the metal end plate vibrates, as is loose when the bush has had it, ( torque arm ). You might not need ? There's about 3/4 inch of adjustment on the arm, baulkhead side, moves the engine quite alot. Keep the old bush if you do replace with powerflex,as if you decide to back to oem, the new bush does not come with the locating ring.
