Reverse Gear Only!

Bugger... it's started... on had it for about 700 miles.

Popped out last night to get a takeaway, on the way back i changed out of 2nd to go into 3rd & nothing, no gears at all! Managed to coast back onto my drive.

Now I can only get reverse gear, although I could get first this afternoon for about 2 minutes.

Anyone else had this?

Clutch ? Will it go into gear when the engine is off ? Do you have a clutch pedal ? Or is it on the floor ?

can you see if one of the cables has popped off on the linkage on the top of the gearbox ???

Don't think its the clutch as I can get reverse ok. and clutch feels fine.

I'll phone the dealers tomorrow & get them to collect it & fix it. Its got 9months warrenty left.

i was hooning alot the a406 last night and for the first time ever it crunched going in to 3rd gear at speed, last thing i need when i got the ring coming up!!
