Replacing headlights

Hi. I've done this before about 7 years ago on my old Clio 197 but cannot remember how to access the passenger side bulb... I vaguely remember having the bumper off when I did it. Is this the easiest way to access it?

If you’re replacing the headlight, there’s no way to do it without removing the bumper.
