Renault Tunepoint and IPhone 6

Up until recently I've used my Renault Tunepoint with my prehistoric iPhone 4s. Having recently upgraded to the iPhone 6s the lead no longer fits into the bottom of my phone.

Does anyone know where to get a new lead which will connect my iPhone to the Tunepoint?

Maybe worth getting confirmation from someone that it will work, but I cant see why it wouldn't
