Renault Tunepoint / iPod Connection

Missing In Action
I have seen that Renault Tunepoint is about £180 to buy new?

I was wondering if there was any cheaper alternative connections for iPod? I have an iTrip, but sometimes the reception isn't the best.

Got a connect 2 box and leads off them for £60 and it connects straight into the back of your tuner list stereo in the cd changer port as long as you’ve not got a cd changer that is, also it will charge your iPod and you can change songs and playlist from your stalk controls the only problem I have with it is that you don’t get track id coming up on the dash but for the price you can’t really argue
