Remap

Hi everyone from Australia, as we have some trouble over here finding parts for the clio, ive read couple of threads about removing centre cat and replacing it with just a pipe., ive had trouble finding the right thread for it, is there any remap/programs that can be bought to get rid of the flat spot?
if you know anything please drop a line..

and also when removing the cat do i remove the first or second one?
