relocating air filter

Friend of mine had a pipe made up to relacate the air filter to the wheel arch just behind the front bumper like I had on my old civic type r hes gone back to standard so i am giving it a go ,do we think it will be ok , cheers

Good luck with water through winter, flooded roads etc. I wouldn't advise it

the more kinks will slow the air down meaning less volume can get it.

I went over to ITG and they said on tests on one triangular kink could increase performance and if you stuck a round tube to the bottom you would lose power over standard.
