L 21cm
H 3.5cm

This is one I bought from eBay and is not OEM, unless it's different on the 200s?? Fitted to the passenger side seat base, no room on the driver's of course, because of the height adjustment lever. Apologies if that's stating the obvious

I've got some ready to go on my Recaro (Passenger side only) too.

I had a measure up, scoured ebay for different sizes: and settled on 200mm long x 40mm high.

**So much the same as the sizes Jimmy has quoted above.

They're a really nice size and fit the frame well - just right.

Cheers buddy. That's the size I'm looking for. I ordered a couple of others that turned out to be too small.
