My experience with aftermarket rear disks hasn't been too good, rubbish bearing and materials used. Caused me some headahces on the 182, I'll only use OEM now.

But thats just me haha

These wont fit as they are only 4 stud. 197/200 are 5 stud with different
size wheel studs.

Very true this, plus they're the diameter is wrong. Rear 197 disks are 300mm diameter
