Quick question: if you put redline oil for 197 gearbox. What type redline?

I am planning to change gearbox oils. Opie oils recommends this type of redline:

REDLINE High Performance Synthetic Gear Oil 75W-85

What you say, is this correct type?
Do someone has this oil in box and how it works?

I bought Redline MTL 70W80 because redline specialist recommend it.

Gearbox Oil

Ive used Redline "Shockproof" gearbox oil before and it was nothing short of amazing! A mate of mine purchased a cheap Audi S3 and the gearchange from 1st to 2nd was crunching its ass off. It was so bad that i told him that he needed a gearbox rebuild with new syncros. On the advice of a local independent Audi specialist we swapped the gearbox oil to Redline Shockproof and im not kidding when i say that the shift quality became virtually perfect. It was that good!

I have only recently purchased my RS197 but it sounds like the gearboxes can be a little fragile so the first thing i am doing is swapping the gearbox oil to Redline. Should save it from ever getting crunchy in the first place.
