Quick alignment question

I have asked in technical but I need a quick answer if possible.
I’m having an mot done on Wednesday and thought whilst it’s there they could get the wheel alignment done.
The car was lowered on H&R springs a few weeks ago and have cup shocks.

What is the best set up for me?

They should have different values for regular and Cup equipped cars, go with Cup values.

If you want the cup settings then specify your's has the 'additional extreme pack', mine is a cup and the alignment centre I use defaults to the standard sport suspension.
