Ptfe Gasket

There aren't any more 'cheap' mods worth doing, you need to start looking towards forced induction or tuning the cylinder head in some way
 
you have all power increasing mods. y not try and improve the brakes and suspension?
 
because I want more power. I think I might go down the turbo route so ive started collecting all the parts.
 
Yeah you will need a turbo inlet plenum then and a ptfe gasket wouldnt make any difference
 
I was under the impression if you change to a turbo manifold you get more power as air is directly distrubuted to individual cylinders kinda like a throttle bodied turbo system.
 
You'd need a different exhaust manifold, don't see why you would need a different inlet manifold though
 
The PTFE gaskets are a waste of money, I had a set and firstly they wouldn't seal properly and secondly they made no difference to inlet temps

If you want more power, swapping the Y section of the manifold gives reasonable gains
