Aww come on folks the car was sprayed in the equivalent of a garden shed as much as i like Rob!!
no prep work and no expense spent!!
. We did what prep we could given the time we had. TBH for first timers, on a modest budget, working with an accident damaged car and doing it in a "shed", I'm pretty chuffed with the results. Is it perfect? No. Did we learn a lot? Yes. Would do it the same next time? No. Would we do it again? Yes.
If this was anybody elses thread it would be slated to fook
Possibly. And if it was an immaculate car to begin with, and someone was passing it off as the ultimate finish, I'd probably be in there doing a bit of slating myself. Instead, I've already chosen what colour I'm going to paint mine lol . It's a reversible finish that in Angels case was used to cover over the damage until the panels are replaced, and in my case will just be for sh*ts and giggles.
