Problems.... Freezing cold or hot

So the 200 has hit 3k now and it's decided I can have the car either cold or hot no inbetween.

15 is cold air, and 16 hot air. Same temperature all the way through to the 20's.

And the steering wheel has a slight shake to it at certain speeds.

I think I've had less problems in my 172 than I have had in my 197 and 200
