Who is doing your detailing?

Renault Leicester categorically refused to allow the car to leave their dealership uncleaned, in prep for my detailer. They also refused to allow the detailer on site.

No one right now. My detailer is very busy at the moment but I'm sure I can fit it in next month.

Wests was aprehensive about leaving it like this. They asked me to say the car was clean etc when RUK asks. They also had no problems with allowing a detailer on site. Only left it like this as I wanted the car now.
